So, picture this: 2023 is coming to an end, and I'm in a bit of a rough patch. Anxiety's got me in a headlock, self-doubt's playing on repeat, and to top it off, I'm hearing some pretty discouraging comments from people I look up to... like "You can't do it" and "I'm here just in case you succeed, nothing more" or even better "You aren't worthy because you're just a scam" Not exactly the best vibe, right?

Self Discovery

After spending some time in the trenches, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, spending moments alone with my thoughts, questioning the validity of the criticism I'd received. Each day, I poured my feelings into my journal, alongside their counterpoints – the affirmations and positive thoughts that kept me going. It was during these moments of reflection that I began to notice something: even with the chaos, I was inadvertently jotting down these little snippets of encouragement and wisdom that lifted me up and fueled my determination to keep moving forward!
